Do not use our telehealth services for medical emergencies such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms, sudden severe pain, thoughts of harming yourself or others, or any other life-threatening condition.
In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts or a mental health crisis call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or seek immediate help.
Our providers may determine during a visit that your condition requires in person evaluation, testing or treatment in which case they will recommend appropriate follow up care, such as visiting a local urgent care center, your primary care provider, or an emergency department. This service is not a substitute for your primary care physician and is designed to provide convenient access to care for common, low acuity illnesses and concerns that can be safely managed virtually. Availability of services may vary by state and patient age.
