Our providers may determine during a visit that your condition requires in person evaluation, testing or treatment in which case they will recommend appropriate follow up care, such as visiting a local urgent care center, your primary care provider, or an emergency department.    This service is not a substitute for your primary care physician and is designed to provide convenient access to care for common, low acuity illnesses and concerns that can be safely managed virtually.
